Please take a few moments to read a heartfelt and touching poem written by 13-year old, Lauren Beebe of Centennial, Colorado. This poem was written as an assignment for school. It is said that each time she is given a writing assignment, Lauren writes with her Marine brother and extended Marine families in mind. You can clearly see this in the poem she wrote called, "The Man Who Didn't Know." Please click on the name of the poem to read it. Enjoy...

Current Projects

Project 31.1 - "CLB1" Unite Adoption - AFGHANISTAN

We are proud to announce our 31st and 31.1 care package projects!

THIS UNIT ADOPTION HAS BEEN FUNDED ENTIRELY BY Mr. John Grifoin honor of one of our active duty Marines (mom is Amy Jeanne) and in loving memory of Dennis W Zilinski RIP KIA.

Camp Courage is proud and honored to support our service members and their units when the need is presented. This LARGE unit of Marines are currently serving in Afghanistan and their mail will be shut down 9/15 (no more care packages) and these Marines will remain serving there for quite some time after, they will also be closing their commissary. Many of these Marines are working long and extended hours and do not return to post in time to make the mess hall before it closes. The funding provided for this unit will allow us 36 boxes. We welcome any of you to donate as well to this unit. Camp Courage will pick up any add’l shipping costs after the $1000 is absorbed. Ship date will be 9/15/2014
